    WOW!!! I’m far from a 95lbs. Will they have underwear for me when I move there this summer? Should I stock up? I live in France and have trouble finding underwear!!!

  3. Hmm, Expat, I’d stock up. Before new female teachers start at my company, they’re warned that if they’re over 5’5″ and 117 lbs, clothes will be hard to find. Furthermore, clothes here are designed for women who aren’t curvy so even though I’m “within range” at 4’11” and 95 pounds, I still can’t find suitable clothes because short and curvy + babydoll tops/A-line skirts = The Pregnant Look. Keep in mind, too, that shoes over size 7 will be hard to find.

    Thank you very much for the heads up. I’m 5’5″ and haven’t weighed 117 since my wedding day 16 years ago 😉 and I wear size 8 shoe!
    I will stock up!!!
