  • Tagliolini ai funghi porcini. When porcini are in season, you run. I didn’t feel the need to get creative; there’s nothing more delicious than porcini in their most simple state, sauteed in butter and olive oil and whirled together with al dente long pasta. Tagliatelle are the classic pasta to pair with porcini, but we were more in the mood for something slender, so I used tagliolini. Prosciutto and walnut bread photobomb.
