  • Mezzelune ripiene. We love experimenting with different fillings and dough mixtures for our homemade pasta. We had some beets to use up (and our ravioli stamp was broken) so we did mezzelune with a beet and potato filling, then tossed the cooked mezzelune in butter and sage and sprinkled them with grated pecorino and black pepper. 10/10.
