    I’m sorry but those eggs are not poached and I can’t see the hollandaise sauce.

      Indeed, they are not poached and, indeed, there is no hollandaise sauce. I’m a scrambled with hot sauce kinda gal. The hot sauce came later. Along with the buttermilk biscuit.
